Afterwards, the participants had a lively discussion about the advantages and disadvantages of a trade agreement with the USA. Points of contention were in particular private arbitration tribunals and the effects on standards in environmental and consumer protection.

Finally, the participants of the discussion round answered numerous questions from the audience.
