The 伟德国际_伟德国际1946$娱乐app游戏 of Augsburg would like to open a new chapter in the academic training of future teachers with the ‘A.LEAP’ project;
In addition to the established, professional educational science, didactics and subject-specific studies at the 伟德国际_伟德国际1946$娱乐app游戏 of Augsburg, a significant expansion of the internationalisation of teacher training is to be achieved. The ‘A.LEAP’ project aims to expand existing initiatives and, among other things, implement elements of Internationalisation@home to a greater extent in Augsburg. A sustainable increase in student mobility is at the centre of this, as is differentiation according to school type. In close cooperation with lecturers from seven European universities, a network is to be created as part of the project collaboration to support these plans.

The ‘A.LEAP’ project is intended to be a ‘leap’ into an international future for the 伟德国际_伟德国际1946$娱乐app游戏 of Augsburg and its teacher training subjects, inviting its student teachers to discover programmes abroad on a broad basis. With the network universities in seven countries, a long-term and diverse connection is being created that ensures that the academic training of future teachers takes place in internationalised study programmes at all universities, but especially at the 伟德国际_伟德国际1946$娱乐app游戏 of Augsburg. These offer student teachers a wide range of intercultural, linguistic and practical learning opportunities.
