Doctoral students at GGS can request a university GGS email address (firstname.lastname@ggs.uni-augsburg.de). If you already have a data center ID, please state this in your message. If you do not have a data center ID yet, please send the completed data collection sheet to GGS (https://gastvz.rz.uni-augsburg.de/Erhebungsbogen.pdf). Enter the GGS in the form of "betreuende Einrichtung (supervising institution)".

3.????? Working area / working environment
In the GGS study room at the BCM (1008, 10th floor), workstations with docking stations, monitors and color multifunction devices are available. The conference room (BCM, 1006, 10th floor) can be used for GGS working groups, meetings and workshops. It is equipped with a projector, screen, flipchart, digital flip and presentation case. Laptops and PC speakers can be provided. There is a kitchen in the hallway.

4.????? UB user card
Doctoral students at GGS have the possibility to activate special library licenses for their Campus Card (user group 21). This also allows you to borrow up to 30 books from the reference stock. To apply, please fill out the form. You can pick the signed form up from GGS and submit it to the library afterwards. Your Campus Card will be activated there. Please make an appointment before you meet us in the GGS-rooms. The books must be deposited in the study room (see 3.)

Let us know if you participated in a ProfiLehre or ZWW workshop so we can add all your qualification proves during your phd to your final GGS-Certificate.
